Shipping & Returns

ORDER PROCESSING 

Orders will typically be shipped in 10-14 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Express orders will receive priority but we cannot guarantee same day shipment. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 11am EST on Friday will ship the next business day (first non-holiday after the weekend). 

SHIPPING METHOD 

Orders of $75 or more are eligible for free ground shipping. We offer: Standard Ground (5-7 business days).

*Please note we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. 

RETURNS 

If for any reason you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund on merchandise for up to 30 days from the date of receipt. Items must be unworn with original tags. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

To return or exchange your purchase, please send an email with your order# attached to tapthebunghole19@gmail.com and we’ll provide you with the return process.

Submitting a refund through our email will expedite the return process. Refunds generally take about 7 days to process once a return is delivered to our warehouse. 

Returns sent back through our returns/exchange portal for a refund to your original payment method or for an instant credit, will be subject to a $7.00 shipping fee (deducted from your refund).

All returns sent back for a refund will receive the option to use an instant credit at tapthebunghole.com. If you choose not to use your instant credit, or to only redeem part of it, you will be refunded the remainder to your original payment method after your return is processed.

You may also ship using a trackable method of your choice (at your expense).

EXCHANGES 

If you would like to exchange for another size you can process submit this to our email at tapthebunghole19@gmail.com with the order# and size you wish to exchange.

If you would like to exchange for a different product, the most efficient way is to request an instant credit (store credit) through the email listed above, then purchase the new item you would like from the site using the code provided. Instant credits will be subject to a $7.00 fee (deducted from your refund). 

 

Items marked FINAL SALE may not be exchanged. 

INTERNATIONAL 

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
